Ukraine has interrupted its diplomatic relations with Nicaragua, which she accuses of recognizing Russian rule in five Ukrainian regions that Moscow has occupied.
In a post on the "out" platform, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibicha notes that the decision was made in response to Nicaragua's recognition, Russian domination in occupied Ukrainian regions Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporiza.
Nicaragua, the main ally of Russia and China in Central America, signed trade agreements in September with these five occupied regions.
The agreements, which provide for exports of food and agricultural products to these regions, were signed between Russia and Nicaragua to Moscow.
