Moscow has announced that at least twenty-four people were killed and more than 50 injured during a Ukrainian drone strike on a hotel and cafe in Kherson.
According to the Russian-appointed governor of the province, Vladimir Saldo, the attack was carried out during New Year celebrations.
In a post on the "Telegram" platform, Saldo clarifies that the strike occurred in Horli, a coastal village near the Crimean peninsula annexed by Russia.
