The decree of the Council of Ministers on the adjustment of the national minimum wage comes into force tomorrow.
According to the decree, the minimum monthly salary paid to any employee in the Republic is set at 1,088 euros for full-time work.
For employees who have not completed six months of continuous employment with the same employer, it is set at 979 euros for full time employment.
It is noted that the full-time working hours of employees in each economic activity are those in force at the time of the issuance of the decree.
In the case of part-time workers, the minimum monthly salary is adjusted according to the working hours.
