Zelensky: The agreement to end the war is 90% ready - The remaining 10% will decide everything

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, emphasizes that the agreement to end the war with Russia is 90% ready, adding - however - that the remaining 10%, "actually will decide everything".

In his New Year's speech, he notes that those that have not yet been agreed upon will decide the fate of peace, Ukraine and Europe.

The Ukrainian president assures that his country wants the end of the war and is doing everything for peace, underlining at the same time that he is not going to accept an agreement at "any price".

He reiterates that the peace agreement must include strong security guarantees to prevent another Russian invasion.
