On Monday, April 21, at the age of 102, Christina Tumaz (alcohol) from the village of Kormakitis, which is located in Northern Cyprus, died.
The funeral of Christina’s deceased will take place on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 16:00. In the church of St. Maron in Antupol and the burial in the Maronite cemetery in Antupol.
The hundred -year -old grandmother had six children, 18 grandchildren, 29 great -grandchildren and one great -grandson. In her youth, she faced many difficulties and worked a lot at construction sites to feed her family.
After the Turkish invasion of 1974, she remained in a trap until 1978. Two years later, she lost her husband and was forced to raise children alone.
