The organization Youth Dynamics implements the European program ESC Green Skills 4 You(th), from November 24 to December 13, 2025 in Agro. It is a group voluntary action that brings together 20 young volunteers from different countries of the European Union, with a common vision of building a greener and more sustainable future.
The program focuses on promoting environmental sustainability through the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle and recover, giving young people the opportunity to develop skills that will make them agents of change in their communities. At the same time, cross-cultural cooperation and mutual understanding are strengthened, as participants share experiences, knowledge and cultures.
Objectives of the program
Green Skills 4 You(th) has as its main objectives:
Strengthening environmental awareness in the local community of Agros. The development of "green skills" and the promotion of an ecological lifestyle. Empowering young people to become active citizens and agents of positive change. The promotion of intercultural understanding and cooperation through joint actions. Activities
During the three weeks, volunteers have the opportunity to live a unique experience:
They will hike the paths of Troodos, connecting their experience with the natural environment. They will take on the role of environmental educators, organizing workshops and awareness campaigns on sustainable development. They will participate in intercultural activities, presenting their cultures and enhancing mutual understanding. They will organize actions that promote healthy living, sports and social interaction.
The program aspires to leave a lasting positive impression on both the volunteers and the Agro community. Through its actions, environmental education is strengthened, life skills and social responsibility are cultivated, while examples are created for a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
Green Skills 4 You(th) is implemented within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), offering young people the opportunity to learn, adapt and develop through non-formal activities. At the same time, it contributes to the protection of the environment and to the strengthening of society, strengthening the sense of European solidarity.
With Green Skills 4 You(th), young people become agents of change, empowering themselves and the communities they serve. They are building a greener and healthier future for all, proving that youth can be the driving force for a sustainable society.
