It is not difficult to bake the dore and Sibas. But the whole secret is in spices and additives. And one of the obligatory factors of success is white wine. According to this recipe, you can make a sauce with it.
Method of preparation
The purified dora or sibas in a lubricated olive oil is baking sheet with olive oil, and put a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon inside the fish. Then salt and pepper the fish. You can also add paprika, thyme or fennel to taste. On the baking sheet between the fish, place two heads of garlic.
Then pour white wine into the baking sheet, 1/4 cup on two fish. If the baking sheet is very large, then you can add 1/2 cup and a little water. During cooking, alcohol will evaporate, and the texture of the fish will become pleasant. Squeeze lemon around the fish or put chopped lemon slices on a baking sheet.
You can add vegetables for baking into a baking sheet. If you cook potatoes, then it must be put in the oven 20 minutes before the baking of the fish or cut smaller. With fish you can bake tomatoes, pepper or carrots. Vegetables should also be salt, sprinkled with olive oil and seasoned.
The oven should be preheated to 200-210 degrees. Fish baking time with vegetables is 25-30 minutes. When serving, pour fish with a baking sheet.
If you do not like to use the oven, then you can cook fish according to the same recipe in a large pan. Place two fish so that they are completely placed in a pan, after step 1 and 2, cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Vegetables will need to be extinguished separately.
Sauce
The white wine sauce is prepared according to a similar principle: in a pan in olive or in butter oil, fry onion and garlic until golden color of the onion. Then add salt, pepper and spices to taste. After mix 1/4 cup of white wine and the juice of one lemon, you can add a couple of spoons of fish broth. Let it boil over low heat for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Some love to thicken the sauce, fried at the very beginning in butter oil two tablespoons of flour, and then adding other sauce ingredients.
What wine is suitable? Dry is considered a classic option. However, sweet wine will give a pleasant taste. You can try cooking fish with a light team.
