Israel has confirmed that access to the Gaza Strip is denied to 37 international Non-Governmental Organizations, which have not forwarded to the country's authorities a list of the names of their workers, as provided for in a new regulation.
However, international organizations are raising concerns about further delays in humanitarian aid entering the Palestinian territory, where residents are in urgent need of shelter, care and food.
The Ministry of Diaspora announced that the new regulation is deemed necessary to prevent terrorists from entering humanitarian structures.
Among the Organizations that will see their license suspended are Doctors Without Borders and the Norwegian Refugee Council.
