Cyprus's inflation for September is 0%, according to Yuostat data.
The European Statistical Service's announcement also notes that, at a time when the euro area is facing a moderate but steady price increase, to 2.2%, Cyprus stands out as the only country with zero change on an annual basis.
Monthly records a drop by -0.4%.
This appears to be both due to stability in energy and food prices and to reduce import costs.
