The Supreme Constitutional Judicial Council has reserved its ruling in Doria Varosiotou's request for a referral to the Court of Justice of the European Union of pre -trial matter concerning the termination of its appointment as a judge by the Supreme Judicial Council.
Their positions on the question of the preliminary ruling to the Court of Justice of the European Union are presented in their current speeches by the two opposing sides before the Supreme Constitutional Court, which has been accustomed to a Supreme Constitutional Council.
At the end of the speeches, court president Antonis Liatsos said the body reserves the reservation of its decision as soon as possible.
