Tanzania: Five dead from a helicopter crash on Mount Kilimanjaro

A helicopter has crashed on Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, killing all five on board, according to the national Civil Aviation Authority.

Local media reported that the helicopter was on an airlift mission.

The identity of the dead was also announced. In addition to the helicopter operator from Zimbabwe, a doctor and an attendant from Tanzania, as well as two Czech tourists, were killed.

The causes of the tragedy remain unclear.
