For many Greeks, it is the bowl of rice pudding with a lot of cinnamon that causes many warm memories from childhood. Let's try to prepare a dessert according to a classic recipe. This is the perfect solution for the afternoon snack.
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon of rice; 1 liter of milk: 2 tablespoons of corn flour; 2 teaspoon of water; 1 teaspoon of sugar; 2 vanilla sticks; cinnamon for serving.
Preparation instructions:
Prepare all the ingredients. Rick the rice well and pour water. Bring to a boil and cook until all water is absorbed. When the rice is boiled, add milk, sugar and vanilla. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring periodically. Dilute corn flour in a small amount of cold water and add it to the pan. Cook another 10 minutes. Pour the finished pudding into vases or bowels and let it cool before put in the refrigerator. Serve cooled and generously sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
