Until Thursday, the rainy weather will continue in Cyprus, which is affected by the Byron system, as stated by the Meteorological Service Officer, Panagiotis Georgiou, at KYPE.
He noted that the center of the system is to the west of Cyprus and is moving very slowly to the east and will therefore affect the region until Thursday.
The phenomena are expected to subside on Friday.
Mr Georgiou said yellow warnings were likely to be issued for all days until Thursday.
He added that from the morning hours, tomorrow, the phenomena will begin to intensify, giving storms, initially on the coasts and towards noon possibly inland or in the mountains.
