Posting on social media, he notes that, after a long period of inactivity, December is proving to be a month of intense diplomatic contacts.
He emphasizes that there is no room for error, pointing out that it is vital to take the right steps, even small ones.
He also states that he will continue to inform the citizens transparently about every completed step.
