On September 25, a real education celebration was held in Limassol - the ICAN Primary School International Private School noted the official inclusion in the list of licensed schools of the Ministry of Education of Cyprus in the circle of students, parents, teachers and friends of the school.
Guests were waiting for children's performances, animators, interesting contests, a festive buffet and a large cake. Particular attention was paid to traditions - dancers with Cyprus folk dances performed for the holiday participants. The event was also attended by His Grace, Bishop of the Amasunta Nikolai, who consecrated the school and blessed the students for successful education. Parents in a warm, informal setting could get acquainted with teachers and representatives of the school. The fireworks became the bright ending of the evening.
A special moment was the speeches of honored guests. Congratulations was made by the mayor of Limassol, Janis Armeftis, who noted the contribution of the school to the development of the city. With the words of gratitude to the guests, the director of the school Tasula Katsiami, as well as the CEO of Sportsoft, Lyudmila Marochkina, who had a great contribution to the school foundation, addressed the guests.

- How is Ican School different from other schools?
- We are not here to change children, so that they correspond to the school. We are changing school to serve the community. We believe that we want to change not only the lives of young children and form their thinking, but also build the future of this community.
- What are your goals for the next year?
- For us, this is the construction and foundation of secondary and senior schools. We started recently. Today, the ICAN ecosystem includes two kindergartens, a reception garden and an elementary school. Very soon the middle and senior will appear. We grow together and grow as a community.
About the school
The ICAN Primary Private School school was founded in 2023 and offers training for children 6-12 years old under the International United Kingdom National Curriculum. Particular attention is paid to the individual approach, the development of emotional intelligence, independence and critical thinking.
The educational process goes in three languages:
English (main),
Greek (as a second foreign),
Russian (as native).
