Russia, through Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, accuses Ukraine of seeking to derail talks on the US plan to end the war.
He said that the new text presented by Kiev is radically different from the one negotiated between Moscow and Washington.
Strongly critical of the involvement of Zelensky's European allies as well, the Russian official said that Kiev and its sponsors - in his words - do not look favorably on a deal and have redoubled efforts to block it.
Ryabkov even warned that no final agreement will be reached if the limits set at the Trump-Putin Summit in Alaska last August do not remain.
