US President Donald Trump criticized his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, for not yet "reading" the United States' peace proposal aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
He stated, in fact, that he was disappointed by Zelensky, arguing that this particular situation serves Russia, and that Moscow would prefer to occupy the whole of Ukraine.
After the US plan was presented three weeks ago, there have been rounds of talks with Ukrainian negotiators so that its content meets more of Kiev's demands.
The modified text was also presented by the American side to the Russian president, with no positive developments currently occurring.
