At the request of Estonia, the Security Council meets - tomorrow - tomorrow, on the entry of three Russian planes into Estonian airspace.
The incident took place on Friday, with Russian pursuits violating Estonia's airspace and staying in it for about twelve minutes.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margos Tsakna said the violation was part of a wider Russian plan to test Europe and NATO's determination.
He added that Russia's behavior requires an international response, stressing that this action is incompatible with the obligations of a permanent member of the Security Council.
