The Cyprus Institute for the Sea and Shipping (CMMI), a leading research and innovative center for the Blue Economy, and Flanq, a German -based Naval Defense Soluer Provider, announced the signing of Moustays of Cooperation (MOU) for the UNHCR and MOU Defense throughout the Mediterranean.
Cooperation will focus on enhancing operational readiness in areas of increased intensity, utilizing advanced autonomous technologies. The two sides will explore common solutions that will combine Flanq's autonomous surface platforms with CMMI research expertise to provide innovative missions in the fields of information, information, surveillance and recognition (Intelligence, Surveillance, Surveillance) National Infrastructure Protection (CNI), environmental monitoring and high -precision targeted impact.
