THE 2006 LIMESO MUNICIPAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS – PUBLIC NOTICE

The Municipality of Limassol, with the consent of the Chief of the Cyprus Police and in accordance with the Municipal Regulations of Limassol 2006 which refer to the regulation of traffic, as well as in the context of this year's lighting of the Christmas tree and the events for the Christmas holidays, decided to take temporary regulatory measures on Saturday 13 and 20 December 2025, from 15:00 to 20:00, as well as for Sunday 14 and 21 December 2025, from 11:00 to 20:00, as follows: One-way traffic of Anexartisias Street from its junction with the "Pentadromou" Traffic Lights to its junction with Vragadinos Street, with the northbound direction permitted. Pedestrianization of Anexartisias Street from its junction with Vragadinou Street to its junction with Andrea Themistokleous Street. One-way of Anexartisias Street from its junction with Andreas Themistokleous Street to its junction with Athens Street, with the south direction allowed.

Appropriate measures will be taken for the uninterrupted use of the temporarily closed road network by the competent Services (Police, Fire and Ambulances) in emergency situations.

Violators of this notice are subject to the penalties provided for in the Law on Municipalities, as well as in the Limassol Municipal Regulations of 2006.
