MallsTwo new shopping centers are expected to be built in Limassol.
The Mall of Limassol will be located at the intersection of Georgiou Neophytos and Spyrou Kyprianou in Mesa Githonia. The project is being developed by Atterbury Europe. The shopping center has 50 stores, a hypermarket and a market for local producers. The company will also organize a cinema, a city park and a children's playground, and parking for 1,045 vehicles.
Limassol Mall will appear in Agios Athanasios, construction is carried out by CAC Papantoniou. The shopping center will have 90 shops, a cinema, six pavilions and large restaurants and cafes. The parking lot has a capacity of 1,278 spaces.
A three-story building for the AlphaMega store will be built in Paralimni. The hypermarket also includes a dining area, takeaway, fish and butcher shops. The parking lot will be able to accommodate 106 cars.
HotelsThe Berengaria Hotel in Prodromos will find a second life thanks to Limadino and bbf. The €40 million project is revitalizing the famous mountain resort of Troodos. In addition to the renovation of the building itself, work will be carried out to build a road, improve the surrounding park, erect two additional buildings with apartments and 22 houses for future guests.
Tree hotel, a forest hotel with 134 beds, will be built in Pano Platres. The hotel will consist of a central building and 67 cottages located in the forest among the trees. The central building will have a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa center, and yoga space.
Residential complexesLimassol Greens Golf Resort is being developed by Lanitis Golf Public Co in the Cherkez Chiflik community of Limassol. The project includes the construction of three six-story buildings, each with 42 apartments. Near the buildings there are three swimming pools, green areas, and a golf course is under construction.
Three residential complexes will be built in Peyia. One of them is designed for 30 villas, 20 million euros have been invested in the project, and it is being carried out by the company Barzelia. Another complex of eight villas in Peyia will be built by Celicandia. And another complex of 19 houses worth four million euros will be created by Carducci.
New high-rise buildings will appear in Paphos. In Agios Theodoros, AC Prospecta Home Services will build a complex of four 13-storey buildings with a height of 60 meters. The complex will include shops, a park, offices, a gym and a rooftop swimming pool.
A 12-storey building will be erected in Larnaca. The project by Legafer Investments involves the construction of 24 apartments, a separate floor for a spa center, three floors of parking and a garden on the roof of the building.

The large Metropolitan Private Hospital in Paphos in Mesogi will cost 35 million euros over a period of two years. Iasio Hospital in Limassol will appear in Kato Polemidia. Construction will cost four million euros and will be completed in a year and a half.
A private gynecology and obstetrics clinic will open in Nicosia. The five-story building will be located opposite the ISIS clinic.
OfficesGreat Ocean Investments will build a 21-storey building in Chiflikoudya in Limassol. Six floors will be occupied by parking, another level will be occupied by a gymnasium and a dining area, and the remaining floors will be used for company offices.
In Germasogeia, Radikalino is building an eight-story Global Tower office building.
In Larnaca in Livadia, Quince Properties will build a 12-storey office building, the project costs 3.5 million euros.
In Kato Polemidia in Limassol, Iskario Trading will create a complex of office and residential buildings, the project costs 36.6 million euros.
