At 2:20 am Sunday at night, August 3, a message about an injured child received a rescue service in Nicosia. A six -year -old boy woke up and began to look for a mother who was at work in a restaurant. Not finding her, he opened the window in the kitchen, lost his balance and fell from a 9-meter height.
The child was discovered by the neighbors who heard his cry. They called an ambulance. The injured boy was taken to the Central Hospital of Nicosia. Doctors evaluate his condition as serious. There is no threat to life. The police are investigating the circumstances of the emergency.
