On the evening of September 7, the September full moon, known as the “corn moon” can be observed in the sky. This time it will coincide with a complete lunar eclipse. This will give the satellite of our planet a bright red color, clearly visible in the evening hours. In different parts of the island, events will be held in honor of this heavenly phenomenon.
In order to enjoy the astronomical phenomenon in full, you need to start observation about 75 minutes before the peak. This will see the gradual entering the moon into the earth's shadow. Then the satellite will gradually return to his usual appearance, for which it is also interesting to observe.
During the eclipse, the moon will become bright red. Eclipse time - from 18:28 to 23:55. The peak, that is, the moment when the moon will be completely in the shadow of our planet, will take for a period from 20:30 to 21:52.
