The photographs show scattered garbage: beer cans, coal, broken sunbeds and even sneakers, which, as the volunteers joke, "left them as a keepsake."
“Every day we remove the beach in cooperation with the municipality of Larnaki. But it was worth missing 2-3 days - and we found this nightmare. Obviously, someone arranged a party, and then left the mountains of garbage, broken sunbeds and rubbish, ”said one of the volunteers.
She emphasized: “I want to convey that the beach is not polluted by dogs, but by people. The same people who are outraged, that we bathe dogs in the sea, leave such a disgrace after themselves. ”
According to her, the complaint has already been transferred to the municipality and the manager of the beach, which promised to send brigades for cleaning the territory.
