Aykut case adjourned until Friday

The case against Israeli property developer Simon Aykut, who stands accused of having developed and sold €43 million worth of property on Greek Cypriot land in the north, was on Monday adjourned until Friday.

Monday’s hearing was brief, with it being decided that the case be adjourned so that the prosecution and the defence can “study elements of the case which can jointly be determined as admissible facts”, with the aim of speeding the trial up.
