TEPAK continues its upward trend in international ranking lists

Following his inclusion in the QS World University Rankings list in 686th in the world, the Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK) continues its upward trend in international rankings, taking place among the 501-600 top universities in the world in the international list of Times Highher Education (The).

This year's rankings include 2,191 universities from 115 countries around the world (compared to 2,092 last year), with TEPAK rising a category compared to last year, with a significant improvement in its overall score. This performance places it in the top 25% of the universities included in the ranking.

The World University Rankings list is considered one of the top three and most valid international universities, along with QS World University Rankings and the Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai Ranking). The evaluation of universities is based on five main pillars: teaching, research environment, research quality, interconnection with industry and international outlook.

TEPAK has a steady improvement in four of the five rating pillars, which confirms its dynamic evolution as a Center for Research, Education and Innovation. It is worth noting that the university is classified worldwide in the following areas:

Research Quality, where it occupies 428th place, making significant progress in Citation Impact, Research Excellence and Research Influence. This performance reflects the high quality, international recognition and the growing impact of the TEPAK research work. Research Environment, where it is in 647th, recording a rise in Research Productivity, which suggests increased research activity and productivity. International Outlook, where it ranks 458th, confirming university networking worldwide, collaborations with academics and researchers from around the world (Co-Authorship), as well as its wider extrovert character.

This steady improvement and performance of TEPAK demonstrate the effectiveness of his strategy to enhance research, teaching, innovation and internationalization, as well as the commitment of his human resources to achieve excellence. This new international distinction further strengthens TEPAK's position on the world academic map, confirming its constant rise among the world's top universities.
