In Mexico, at least 44 people were killed by the torrential rainfall that have been affecting several areas of the country for days.
According to a government source, two tropical storms caused landslides and floods in five states, which have been declared an emergency.
It was also announced that the government is managing a draft help to residents of nearly 140 cities.
Already soldiers and rescuers, using lifeboats, were transported by citizens from flooded houses.
