According to the law, from June 1 to September 30, it is strictly forbidden to use any tools, mechanisms, devices or equipment for cutting or welding metals, as well as any other tools that knock out sparks or heated the space around. This ban is valid within state forests and two kilometers from the forest border. Violation of the rules can lead to an administrative fine of 2000 euros. According to the Law of 2012, such behavior can also be qualified as a bonfire in the forest, for which a prison conclusion is supposed to be up to 12 years and/or a fine of up to 100,000 euros.
