Superhome management apologizes to customers for store ceiling collapse

Superhome Center (DIY) has suspended operations at its store at the Neon shopping center in Paphos following the collapse of a suspended ceiling, assuring its customers that their safety is paramount.

According to its statement, “The management of Superhome Center (DIY) deeply regrets the unfortunate incident that occurred at the new store, Neon Mall in Paphos, which unexpectedly resulted in the collapse of a suspended structure and injured three people slightly.”

Immediately after the incident, “all required safety measures were deployed and competent services were called to immediately provide assistance to the victims, whose health, fortunately, is now not in danger.”

“We want to reassure our valued public that the safety of our customers and employees has always been and remains our top priority. We are working closely with the relevant authorities to investigate the cause of the incident and to resolve the issue immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience caused,” the store management said.
