President Christodoulidis is in Thessaloniki, invited by the Greek State Authorities, to participate in events for the celebration of the patron Saint Demetrius.
According to an announcement from the Presidency of the Republic, in the morning, he will go to the Holy Church of Agios Dimitrios and attend the solemn eulogy, in the presence of the President of the Hellenic Republic, Konstantinos Tassoulas.
At noon, he will attend an official lunch and in the afternoon, he will celebrate the inauguration of the Chair of Cypriot Studies of the Aristotle University.
He will also deliver the solemn speech of the day, on the occasion of the anniversary of the liberation of Thessaloniki and the epic of Saranda.
