President Christodoulides expressed readiness to meet with the Turkish Cypriot leader shortly after the occupied vote and negotiate with him so that the great effort to resume talks on the Cyprus issue.
In a speech at the Morphos Municipality's remarkable event, the President of the Republic said that his only ambition is the departure of the occupation army and the evolution of the Republic of Cyprus into a bi -zonal, bi -communal state, with a sovereignty, a nationality and a nationality of their rights.
He even stressed that there is no solution without Morphos' return.
President Christodoulides also said that the window of the opportunity that opens up in front of us does not predict the end of the effort, because the course of things is not dependent solely on the Greek Cypriot side.
He assured, however, that he would also use the minimal negotiating opportunity and make everything humanly possible to resume talks.
