US envoys Steve Whitkov and Jared Kounsner attended Tel Aviv tonight at a gathering organized by hostage families held in Gaza, as the agreement between Israel and Hamas soon provides for their release.
"You're back home," said American envoy Steve Whitkov, addressing the Israeli hostages held in Gaza.
His statements, heard on Homer Square, caused thousands of people.
US envoys earlier went to the Gaza Strip, according to an Israeli army announcement.
