Ursula von der Laien: Europe faces a hybrid war

Recent incidents with a shore and other airplace violations show that Europe is facing a hybrid war in which it must respond with measures beyond traditional defense, European Commission President Ursula von der Laeen said.

In a speech to the European Parliament in Strasbourg, she said it was not accidental harassment.

It is, he said, a escalating campaign to divide the European Union, to test its determination and to weaken its support in Ukraine.
