A 60-year-old hunter, who was accidentally shot in the eye by a 41-year-old man in the Kavalas area, is being treated at Thessaloniki Hospital with a serious eye injury.
According to Thestival, the incident occurred on Saturday, January 18, at noon in the Eleftheri Plain. During the hunt, a 41-year-old hunter (policeman from Cyprus) accidentally shot and wounded the 60-year-old “guide-instructor” of the group in the eye.
The victim was urgently taken for treatment to one of Thessaloniki’s hospitals.
