The conduct of joint exercises between Cyprus, Greece and Israel was announced by the Minister of Defense, Vassilis Palmas, as part of the planning of activities of the General Staff of the National Guard for 2026.
Speaking to the KYPE, Mr. Palmas said that the exercises concern joint training of the three armies, training of executives and everything else that arises in the context of improving the abilities of the three armies. Mr. Palmas pointed out that the agreements signed concern the new year. He added that exercises will take place in the new year with Egypt, Jordan and other countries with which Nicosia has friendly and allied relations.
