Trump said he was "looking into" selling F-35 fighter jets to Turkey

The President of the United States has said that he is considering the sale of F-35 fighter jets to Turkey, despite Israel's objections.

Asked in the context of the joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Israel, Donald Trump said that the issue is being considered very seriously by Washington.

Asked about the possibility of a conflict between Israel and Turkey against the background of developments in Syria, the American President described Tayyip Erdogan as a very good friend, adding that absolutely nothing will happen.
