Trump: He estimates that the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip "will keep"

The ceasefire, which came into force on Friday in the Gaza Strip between Israel and Hamas will "hold" Donald Trump.

"They are all tired of fighting," the US president said, addressing journalists at the Oval Office, reiterating that he intends to travel to Israel on the weekend, where he has been invited to address Knecet - the Israeli parliament.

He also said he plans to meet with "numerous leaders" in Egypt Monday, to discuss the future of the Gaza Strip, which has been destroyed by a two -year warfare.

He said the meeting would probably take place in Cairo.

The US president estimates that the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip will lead to wider peace in the Middle East.
