Next Tuesday the Annual General Assembly of the TEPAK Student Welfare Association

The TEPAK Student Welfare Association is a parallel, reinforcing institution in the operation of the University, serving for 17 years the vision of social solidarity and equal access to education.

TEPAK, as a public University, has the primary objective of providing equal opportunities to all young men and women, ensuring their access to high quality and prestigious academic education. However, a significant number of students face socio-economic difficulties that threaten the continuation of their studies – in some cases even deprived of basic goods such as food and housing.

Responding to this need, TEPAK's Student Welfare Association acts as a critical social support mechanism. Through sponsorships, offers and donations - which come mainly from the private sector - the Association practically supports students who need it, giving real content to the concept of student welfare.

This year, the Association will allocate more than 150,000 euros in scholarships and grants, covering the needs of approximately 200 students of the University. This amount is the result of the trust and social sensitivity of the Association's sponsors and partners, who contribute decisively to the continuation of its work.

The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Tuesday, November 11 at 1:30 pm in the meeting room of the Senate. The presence of all members and collaborators is particularly important for strengthening the mission of the Association and the further development of its actions.

Agenda

• Welcoming the President of the Board of Directors • Update on the financial situation of the Association • Approval of Financial Statements for the years 2023-2024 • Appointment of Auditors to audit the Association's accounts for the new period • Miscellaneous
