The first official visit to Cyprus after its election is made by the Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament, Nikitas Kaklamanis.
On the occasion of tomorrow's Independence Day of Cyprus, Mr. Kaklamanis will be accepted at 09:15 today, by the President of the Republic.
At 10:00 he will go to Parliament, where he will sign the visitor book and have a private meeting with the President of the House, Annita Dimitriou.
At 12:30, a special plenary session will take place, which will be addressed by Mr. Kaklamanis.
The Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament will also meet with Archbishop of Cyprus George and with the heads or representatives of the parliamentary parties.
Tomorrow, Nikitas Kaklamanis will attend the military parade for the anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Cyprus.
