The draw for the beneficiaries of the fourth announcement of the plan to promote electric mobility took place yesterday at noon.
According to an announcement by the Department of Road Transport, the total number of applications registered per category is: a. D5 6428 applications, b. D7 187 applications, c. D8 373 applications, d. D9 1003 applications, e. D10 513 applications.
Based on the Scheme Guide, pre-approval will be sent to the first drawees in order per category, as follows: a. D5 380 prior approvals, b. D7 40 prior approvals, c. D8 40 pre-approvals, d. D9 50 pre-approvals and e. D10 10 pre-approvals
The final ranking of the beneficiaries of preliminary approval based on the lottery per category, is listed in Appendices 1-5, which are posted on the TOM website.
All successful applicants will be sent a relevant pre-approval message via email, to the email address provided when submitting the application.
It is reminded that, the applicant must have paid or settled any debts to the Tax Department (TF) and/or the Social Security Services (YKA), in order to maintain the right to participate in the Scheme.
Those applicants, based on the lottery, who do not receive preliminary approval, are considered runners-up. Their ranking order will be posted with an announcement to follow. In the event that beneficiaries of preliminary approval do not proceed with the implementation within the specified deadline, preliminary approvals will be sent to a corresponding number of runners-up per category.
