The proceedings before the so-called "court" in the occupied Trikomo, for two of the five Greek Cypriots abducted in July, will continue on Thursday.
The two allegedly face charges of "violation of personal data and privacy".
During today's proceedings, two witnesses were presented, who claimed that evidence and information about their assets was found in the possession of third parties, without their consent, which caused them concern and led them to file a complaint.
Both witnesses testified that they had been approached by the so-called police, who informed them that their personal data had been found in the possession of other people. However, they admitted that they did not see any evidence and that they simply believed what they were told by the fake police to file their complaint.
