A pan-Cypriot survey on the experience of General Health System (GHS) beneficiaries with Personal Physicians (PI) is being conducted by the Cyprus Patient Association Federation (OSAK), which aims to record and analyze the experiences of GHS beneficiaries with their Personal Physicians.
According to an announcement by OSAK, the survey aims to collect the opinions, experiences and suggestions of citizens, in order to identify areas that operate effectively as well as areas that need improvement, with the ultimate goal of upgrading the quality of health services for all.
OSAK's research seeks to examine, among other things, the personal experiences of the beneficiaries in relation to the use of Personal Physician (PI) services in the context of the NHS, the manner and degree of communication between the beneficiaries and their NHS and the information of citizens about the possibilities and services of the NHS.
It is clarified that the participation is anonymous, while it only takes a few minutes to complete the questionnaire.
The public can fill out the questionnaire online via https://forms.office.com/e/hxEnAmyEPT or via the OSAK website.
