In Ukraine, parts of Odessa remain without electricity, from a Russian attack targeted by the country's energy system.
Electricity has already been restored to more than 240,000 households.
The power outages come a day after the large -scale Russian raid that interrupted electricity in large parts of Kiev and 9 other areas.
800,000 households in the capital have been restored.
Ukraine President Volodimir Zelenski described Russian raids as a "record of a felony" and called on Western countries to increase sanctions against Russia.
