Based in Nicosia, Idalion Classic Car Club organizes a unique night for open-air movie lovers.
The Classic Car Drive-in Cinema event will take place on August 25th at the Idalion High School field with “doors opening” at 6:00 p.m. Upon arrival, guests will be treated to a retro party with 80's and 90's music, food and drink sales and a classic car display. Vintage car owners are invited to park their vehicle and meet others at 5:30 p.m.
This evening, the 1978 hit film “Grease” will be shown to all guests.
The drive-in cinema will be open mainly to classic cars. A limited number of seats will be available for non-classic cars, but the general public will still be able to attend without a car as organizers will have a dedicated area where they can sit and enjoy the film. Popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the event and the only thing drivers need to remember is to register their participation by calling 99-644529, 99-685366.
