Both Cypriot and international architectural firms took part in the competition!
With great satisfaction they found in the Municipality of Limassol the cumulative participation of architectural offices from Cyprus and abroad in the architectural competition for the construction of the municipal student residences on North Epirus Street.
The construction will be carried out in three blocks, in close proximity to TEPAK and in particular the Second Pole that will be developed in the area.
The blocks have a total area of more than 1,500 square meters and will accommodate 80 modern student residences.
The competent Committee has already started the process of evaluating the proposals and within the next few weeks will come to the ones that stand out.
The next step will be the announcement of the results and the signing of contracts with the winner of the competition.
