The Rafah border crossing with Egypt, crucial for the passage of humanitarian aid to the enclave, will not be opened on Monday.
After the initial report by the Palestinian embassy in Egypt, the Israeli Prime Minister's office clarified that the crossing will remain closed until further notice, following orders from Benjamin Netanyahu.
In a related announcement, it is clarified that the opening of the border crossing with Egypt will depend on the return of the dead Israeli hostages from Hamas and the implementation of the agreements.
The pass has been closed since May last year. Israeli troops control all road access to Gaza.
