79-year-old Niki Augustis-was overwhelmed by a vehicle on February 5 in Limassol

The 79 -year -old Niki Augustus, who was hospitalized at the Limassol Hospital Intensive Care Unit since February 5, was succumbed to her injuries when he was drifted by a vehicle.

According to police, the traffic accident occurred around 6.30am on the morning of February 5, when a 76 -year -old man driving his car to Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue in Limassol, at some point on the road, under conditions being investigated, dragged and injured the 79 -year -old who was pedestrian.

The 79 -year -old was transferred to the Limassol General Hospital, where she was found to have suffered a subcutaneous hematoma and fractures of sides and was held for further hospitalization in the intensive unit.

Eventually the 79 -year -old failed to do so and left the last breath this morning.

The autopsy will be set at a later time.
