In Greece, a total prison sentence of 51 months was imposed on father Antonios for the offenses of grievous bodily harm and moral turpitude against minor food of the Ark.
His sentence is converted into a fine of 10 euros per day and suspension applies until the appeal. In other words, he is not required to pay the fine until the Court of Appeal.
Sentences of 17 to 40 months were imposed on a case-by-case basis for the four former employees of the Organization.
Earlier, the court recognized the mitigation of the previous legal life for all five convicts.
In a written statement, Father Antonios states that he is innocent and adds that he will continue the fight until the final vindication.
