Christmas decorations looted in one of the villages in Cyprus

The municipality of the village of Kokkinotrimitya has published an advertisement asking area residents to help identify thieves of Christmas decorations. A statement from the Kokkinotrimitia Community Council said:

“We regret to inform you that some of the festive decorations were stolen in two places in our village. These decorations were placed with love and care to create a beautiful and warm holiday atmosphere for all of us.

We ask anyone who saw or knows anything related to the incident to contact the Community Council immediately. The information is strictly confidential.

We appeal to everyone to respect our common efforts and avoid such incidents that deprive us of all the joy and beauty that the festive decoration of the village brings.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
