Two electronic options have been added to GeSI

Two useful functions have been added to the GeSI electronic system. Now you can see additional information about your personal doctors there and optimally plan your visit.

The first change concerns the number of patients assigned to a personal physician. Now, when searching for a doctor, this information will be displayed. This will allow you to assess the workload of the selected doctor.

Up to 2,500 people can be assigned to each personal physician. When viewing the information, an approximate quantity will be shown, for example: less than 500, from 500 to 999, from 1000 to 1499, from 1500 to 1999, from 2000 to 2500.

This information can be viewed without logging into your account (search providers) or in your personal account (beneficiary portal).

Also, the personal physician page will now display a list of substitute doctors if he or she is unavailable or on vacation. The date until which the personal physician will be absent and the names of substitutes are indicated. By clicking on the information icon in the line with the name of the deputy, you can see more detailed information about him.

Below is an example of these two functions. A personal physician was randomly selected. The number of patients assigned to the doctor is highlighted in red, and the list of substitute doctors is highlighted in green. The column also shows that the doctor is absent until September 3.
